- SUMMARY The HR Shared Services Manager, Employee Experience is responsible for designing, operationalizing, implementing, and overseeing key employee programs across the entire employee lifecycle with a keen focus on employee self-service.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding and Offboarding Process Management: Operationally support employee joining and leaving activities, specifically transition from pre-boarding to onboarding, off-boarding/terminations including involuntary terminations, documentation, final pay, and employment eligibility determination.
- Coaching: Provide proactive coaching and support to the employee population, delivering the tools and guidance necessary to enhance individual effectiveness and foster greater organizational awareness.
- Interpersonal & Management: Strong interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to manage emotional intelligence effectively when collaborating with diverse leadership groups.
- Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and diverse stakeholders with a high sense of urgency, thriving in fast-paced and potentially high-pressure settings by identifying common objectives and adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
- Personal Attributes: Must exhibit the highest integrity, drive, and strong leadership. Brings a results-oriented and energetic approach to problem-solving, consistently striving for organizational excellence and continuous self-improvement.

Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in HR operations.
- If applying for positions in the U.S., must be eligible to work in the U.S. without need for employer sponsored visa (work permit).
Nice to have
- Demonstrated expertise with HRIS systems (Workday preferred), process improvement methodologies, project management, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of manufacturing environments and understanding of unions preferred.
Compensation
- $120,000-$165,000
