About the role
- JOB PROFILE: Develop, implement and improve manufacturing processes for automotive Thermal products. This includes but is not limited to the implementation of automated processes and refinement of current equipment and tooling to maintain and achieve the company's Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). Other necessary Production Engineering skills include
- project management and improving process controls. Key Responsibilities: - Champion the design/development and implementation of new processes, revising existing processes, and developing and coordinating the implementation of projects and new launches. - Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, engineering changes, VA/VE activities, support
Responsibilities
- Champion the design/development and implementation of new processes, revising existing processes, and developing and coordinating the implementation of projects and new launches.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, engineering changes, VA/VE activities, support quality concerns and trouble-shoot production issues on the lines.
- Create, update and maintain all Core Tool process documentation (PFMEA's, process flows, Control Plans).
Skills
- Other necessary Production Engineering skills include project management and improving process controls.
