Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze organizational plans, strategic initiatives, and performance metrics.
- Develop process maps, workflows, charters, and operational documentation.
- Support strategic and tactical planning initiatives, including resource prioritization and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with Government leadership to improve mission execution and organizational performance.
- Coho Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to support strategic planning, organizational analysis, and operational process improvement initiatives for the SOCOM Information Environment (SIE) at Camp Lejeune, NC.
- This position serves as a senior advisor responsible for developing organizational strategies, evaluating mission performance, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and providing analytical support to Government leadership.
- The Senior Operations Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness, facilitate governance activities, and ensure alignment with mission priorities.
- Strategic resource planning and mission support

Requirements
- Active Top-Secret Clearance required
- Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
