About the role
- Overview NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for an Automated Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL.

- The Automated Software Quality Assurance Analyst plays an important part in our product development process.
Responsibilities
- Candidates for this position can expect to perform manual and automated tests on a custom-built software application.
- Participating in all planning, design and execution of tests for software applications using guidelines and established procedures/best practices.
- Develop and document comprehensive automated test plans, test scenarios and test scripts.
- Using issue tracking software to create and maintain records of discovered issues and solutions.
- Work with team leads, business partners, project managers, business analysts and end users to plan, design and execute test scripts and scenarios.
- Develop testing that covers areas such as software scenarios, database impacts, regression testing, error/bug testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Document software defects using a bug tracking system and reporting those defects to teams and managers.
- Actively participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, risks, etc.
- Understands how to build an enterprise level testing process.
Requirements
- Qualifications Experience with automated functional, integration, database, and regression testing.
