About the role
- Aerotek is currently seeking a highly qualified Welding Specialist to provide welding assistance to a manufacturing team based in Redmond, Washington.
Requirements
- Requires a basic technical knowledge of MIG welding techniques and setup, verification, and operation of welding equipment.
- Requires a basic knowledge of blueprint layouts and symbols.
- Requires a working knowledge of Genie quality principles, safe work habits, and continuous improvement methods.
- Requires a working knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- Requires the ability to pass the Genie Weld Test - qualify for AWS 14.3 Method B
Nice to have
- Minimum 1 year MIG welding experience preferred
