About the role
- Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com This position is located at 6457 Fly Rd, East Syracuse, NY 13057.
- Will conduct inspection and record various EHSS related equipment such as fire extinguishers, exit signs, security doors, forklift and other lifting devices, as well as safety mechanism of various manufacturing equipment and devices.
- May be exposed to hazardous materials while performing daily job duties.
Requirements
- Will actively participate in ongoing hazardous material, chemical handling and various EHS related training as required.
- Two to five years working in an environmental/safety role in a manufacturing environment required.
Skills
- Be computer literate with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Able to communicate effectively in both printed and verbal formats
- Familiar with EPA, DOT and OSHA regulations
- Education and Experience:
- Basic Chemical or associate's degree in chemistry or environmental sciences or equivalent Environmental studies
