About the role
- The role includes field work, so candidates should be comfortable working outdoors.
- Teamwork is anticipated through one on ones with staff but will also need to occur through many phone and text/email conversions.
- This candidate is expected to come into the Stow, Ohio office daily to assist staff and project workload.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science or a related field with 0-2 years of field experience, or Associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an environmental science field.
- Willingness and ability to learn new systems, equipment, and skill
- Ability to operate and work on a boat
Nice to have
- Performing inspections and site visits in both rural and industrial settings
- Conducting field work year-round in adverse weather and rough terrain
- Organizing and reviewing data and assisting in the development of reports
- Communicating efficiently with team members and clients
- Other duties as assigned or required
- 40 Hour HAZWOPER
- Experience with soil classification
