The Associate Director is expected to independently partner with business teams in strategy development projects across a range of situations, including full business strategies for select categories as well as functional specific strategies, playbooks, and operating plans.

3+ years of consulting experience with one of the blue-chip strategy consulting firms (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, etc.) or comparable strategy consulting firm / function.

MBA from top-tier business school highly preferred
Additional industry experience in a consumer-oriented (CPG, retail) company in strategy development, finance, marketing, or other role with strategic content highly preferred.

Interpret results from multiple project components and translate these finding into clear and compelling recommendations and solutions.

The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire.
Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.

173,400 - 214,200 USD
