About the role
- With BIOVECTRA, Agilent aims to align advanced manufacturing capabilities, expertise, and resources to foster greater innovation and operational excellence.
- The Process Development Technician, Biologics, will be responsible for operating and maintaining fermentation and purification equipment in process development laboratories.
- This position will assist scientists during the hands-on process development activities, critical to advancing innovative biopharmaceutical programs.
Requirements
- Ability to work rotating shift
- Required to lift (20kg)
- Using a respirator required
- Related industry experience in fermentation and protein purification is an asset
- Technical proficiency with laboratory instrumentation and techniques
- Travel Required:
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Assisting the scientists and Manufacturing in supporting pilot plant operations when required
Nice to have
- Bachelor of Science preferred

Compensation
- The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $20.37 - $35.65/hr CAD plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits.
