About the role
- As a Nutrition Services Clerk at MercyOne, you will be responsible for enhancing patient and family satisfaction by collecting and recording their food selections.
- Assists in ensuring that patients receive foods/meals according to their prescribed diet.
Responsibilities
- Maintains excellent customer relations, displaying a professional image.
- Delivers room service trays and late trays withing target delivery time.
Requirements
- Requires the ability to read, write and understand the English language, and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, staff and physicians while performing their job duties.
- Ability to measure weights/volume.
Nice to have
- High School diploma preferred but not required.
