They may have completed a technical training program or apprenticeship and are adept at troubleshooting and repairing machinery in a fast-paced, continuous manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have industrial maintenance experience, with strong mechanical and electrical skills, including reading schematics and using testing equipment.
A commitment to safety, teamwork, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts are essential.
Knowledge of mechanical maintenance, power tools, and equipment operation.
Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
Experience with electrical testing equipment (Meters and Meggers).

In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
