About the role
- In this role, you'll ensure finished products-ranging from small component parts to large assemblies and crated items-are properly packaged, protected, and prepared for customer delivery.
- You'll play a critical part in maintaining EMIT's high standards for quality, accuracy, and professionalism by ensuring every shipment leaves our facility damage-free and ready for installation or use.

Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs. repeatedly
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn EMIT packaging standards and material handling procedures
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, packaging, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Compensation
- $50k-$75k
