About the role

Serve as CST (Child Study Team) case manager, complete social history assessments, schedule and facilitate CST meetings
Provide individual and group counseling services for students mandated to receive services through their IEP and 504 plans
Facilitate staff trainings in the areas of child development, behavior best practices, SEL competencies etc.

As a member of the BRICK Buffalo Academy Charter School team, you will have the rare opportunity to play a significant role in building the foundation of BRICK in the region.
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans; support staff in implementation and oversee progress monitoring
Connect students and families to supports and services with outside agencies; collaborate with collateral contacts to ensure quality and continuity of care
