About the role

  • SimpliGov, a government operations platform, is looking for a hands-on Enablement Content Specialist who combines editorial judgment with the ability to create polished, on-brand sales and marketing assets. Government teams are under more pressure than ever to modernize, and the agencies we serve are moving away from email chains and spreadsheets toward
  • operations they can actually see and own. This person will translate that shift into content buyers can act on: from shaping the narrative to producing visually compelling deliverables that make the case for structured, owned operations, not just another system to manage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales and marketing content, including customer case studies, one-pagers, solution briefs, sales decks, and campaign assets.
  • Create content that supports pipeline generation and deal progression by addressing customer needs, objections, and use cases.
  • Product Marketing Support
  • Own competitive positioning materials and battlecards, working from Product Marketing's research and messaging direction.
  • Help develop and refine buyer persona and use-case documentation that both Sales and Product Marketing draw on.
  • Build and maintain a centralized library of sales-ready content that is easy to find, current, and mapped to key stages of the sales cycle.
  • Work directly with Sales to understand buyer challenges, refine messaging, and create assets that accelerate deal velocity and win rates.
  • Support product launches and releases with relevant, engaging collateral.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, able to build clean, on-brand decks without heavy design support.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to create content and enablement assets.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in content, copywriting, sales enablement, or product marketing, ideally in B2B or govtech.
  • Experience with Webflow, comfortable making updates and building pages within an existing design system.
