Responsibilities

  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and own meeting room preparation
  • Assist with editing (redlining) and finalizing documents. Maintain document filings and record keeping (electronic and physical)
  • Backfill for legal and other office support
  • Cenovus Energy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant located at our Dublin, OH office to support our U.S. Legal Department.
  • drafting correspondence and emails, scanning documents, printing documents and spreadsheets, photocopying, filing, processing invoices, maintaining a filing and file lists, and preparing & updating binders.
  • The position will also book travel, prepare expense reports, organize attendance at seminars and conferences, set up meetings and book meeting rooms, edit documents, review files to be closed, make reservations, scan/fax, and create/maintain spreadsheets & Word documents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience is required
  • Word processing and Excel experience required

Nice to have

  • 10+ years of relevant experience with specialized knowledge of job or industry-specific practices is highly preferred
