About the role
- 💰 Pay Range: Please note, this role will be starting at a range between $40/hr. to $50/hr. depending on overall skills and experience.

Responsibilities
- Effectively lead & supervise 5-7 Maintenance Mechanics of various expertise and experience.
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep all machinery running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Collaborate with and direct Level I & II mechanics to achieve shift goals and project objectives.
- Stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Lift up to 75 pounds and perform various physical movements, including walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, twisting, and climbing ladders.
- Your role is not just to fix things but to lead others, sharing your expertise in troubleshooting and reading schematics.

Requirements
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with cGMP/GMP standards.
- Experience with SQF and/or HAACP preferred.
- CMMS experience.
- Knowledge of Megamotion a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred
- Ammonia Refrigeration REQUIRED.
- 2nd Fireman's, Wastewater and Journeyman Electrical are preferred.

Compensation
- Competitive Pay: Starting between $40-$50/hr with pay scaling up with experience and relevant licenses / certifications. This role is also eligible for OT pay!
- Performance Bonuses: Introducing our Pay for Performance Bonus program, offering up to $400 per month based on company performance.
