About the role
- We are looking for an IT Support Intern to join our team on a part-time basis. This opportunity is designed for a university student in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field who wants to gain practical experience in a professional technology environment.
- This role is focused on hands-on technical support and equipment logistics. The person in this position will help ensure that office technology, connectivity, and IT equipment are properly set up, organized, and running smoothly, while also supporting the physical handling and coordination of hardware, shipments, and equipment inventory.

Responsibilities
- IT Support & Connectivity
- Support meeting room readiness by checking screens, connections, power access, and internet availability before important meetings
- Help prepare, organize, label, and maintain cables, adapters, devices, and related technical materials
- Label, organize, and maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment, technical supplies, and hardware
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure technical and operational equipment needs are resolved in a timely manner
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, Networking, Cybersecurity or a related field
- Basic knowledge of networking, internet connectivity, routers, access points, and cable management
- Proactive mindset, willingness to help, and ability to handle varied responsibilities including physical tasks
- Support the preparation and shipment of equipment when required
Nice to have
- Familiarity with meeting room setup, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, or structured cabling
- Experience with equipment inventory management or logistics coordination
- Paid internship with hands-on exposure to IT infrastructure and office technology operations
