About the role
- Warehouse Process Engineer Hypertherm Associates is looking for a Warehouse Process Engineer to join our team.
- This person is responsible for our warehousing and operational processes.
- It is an exciting opportunity to utilize your manufacturing and project management skills in a Lean, just-in-time environment with a 100% Associate-owned, global company.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering
- 4+ years of experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment with a focus on improving processes and equipment
- Experience with MS Office applications
- Prior experience with Bill of Materials
- Using your experience with Lean and Six Sigma practices, regularly seek process improvements and initiatives to improve safety, enhance quality, reduce cost, and increase earnings.
Nice to have
- Oracle WMS or equivalent ERP / WMS experience
- Experience with the integration of Autonomous Mobile Robots
- Experience facilitating Kaizens
- Database management tool experience with the ability to write queries including PowerBI
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification
- Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Analysis Software, Value Stream Mapping, FMEA, Structured Problem Solving
Skills
- Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.
Compensation
- $82,636.00-$137,731.00 Annual This is the base pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire.
