About the role

Perform engineering tasks using working knowledge of FFL and industry standards.
Drive and support all engineering activities at the Broken Arrow facility, managing projects from concept through completion.
Take responsibility for quoting, design execution, and technical deliverables, including during peak workloads
Travel approximately 40% to support customer visits, sales activities, and field service needs.

Drive all assigned projects in accordance with FFL standards, ensuring milestone quality and on‑schedule delivery.
Coordinate cost calculations, supply chain support, and material planning for platform projects.
Collaborate with local and regional managers to ensure project alignment, visibility, and success.
Maintain clear communication, documentation, and transparency throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

Experience and Knowledge of key Customer's within the region.
Degree Qualified with an Engineering discipline.
Track and manage program performance through KPIs, project controls, and structured escalation where required.
4+ years of industrial and engineering design experience in Expansion Joints..
Qualification Testing of various SSS products for use in the Energy sector.
Safe handling of digital tools such as SAP S4H, CAD tool Inventor, use of PDM system, calculation tools, etc.
Basic business administration knowledge
