Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering to address daily facility concerns, ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Monitor and manage spa linen inventory, communicating with key departments to ensure availability and efficient use.
- Maintain warranties and service agreements on all operating equipment and coordinate with engineering for repairs and upkeep.
- Maintain updated Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product information for all products used within the spa, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and proper staff training.
- Perform guest supply inventory bi-weekly, processing purchase orders as needed to maintain supply levels.
- Perform opening and closing MOD (Manager on Duty) shifts.
- Perform weekly spa walkthroughs with resort engineering team to ensure all work order requests are being complete.
