Responsibilities
- 1st Shift Supervisor leads a manufacturing functional team that fully utilizes resources to meet the scheduled activities of the Manufacturing Group.
- Manages the training, development and performance of their team members.
- Develop and create training plans to maximize workforce capability.
- Work with other managers throughout manufacturing to generate continuous improvement ideas and spearheads the implementation of those ideas that lead to bottom line results.
Requirements
- In addition, we also provide administrative personnel with experience in technical engineering and scientific environments.
