Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of property and casualty (P&C) insurance experience, including experience working with independent agents.
Strong understanding of P&C personal and commercial insurance products, including marketing and sales processes.
Experience managing relationships across large territories or multiple agency accounts.
Ability to analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and provide practical solutions.
The ideal candidate is passionate about insurance, enjoys coaching others, and thrives in a role where they can operate independently while making a measurable impact.

Relevant insurance certifications such as a P&C license, CPCU, or CIC designation are preferred.

Competitive base salary range of $65,000 – $75,000 plus commission, with final compensation based on experience, skills, location, and business needs.
