About the role

To keep pace in this exciting, multi-disciplinary field, we're looking for a Sr.
You will be in a unique position to from the ground up:

Strategy & Development: Define, design, and own the development of comprehensive manufacturing test strategies for hardware at the PCB, PCBA, and final system levels.
Automation & Support: Develop and maintain automated manufacturing test solutions deployed within factory and contract manufacturing environments.
Debugging & Root-Cause Analysis: Perform debugging and root-cause analysis for hardware, board-level, and system-level failures encountered during manufacturing and product bring-up.
Test Execution & Deployment: Support PCBA manufacturing testing, including Boundary Scan, Functional Test, and System Integration Testing, and partner with Contract Manufacturers for test deployment, sustainment, and issue resolution.
Data Infrastructure: Develop test software, Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs), and supporting infrastructure necessary for manufacturing data collection, traceability, and analysis.

Core Expertise: Demonstrated, hands-on proficiency in:
Test Automation: Strong understanding of manufacturing test automation, including:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field.
PCB and PCBA manufacturing test processes.
Hardware validation and bring-up procedures.
Designing and developing tests within manufacturing settings.
Manufacturing Support: Proven experience supporting PCBA manufacturing lines or working with contract manufacturers (CMs).
Automated functional testing.
Factory test infrastructure management.
Test data collection and subsequent analysis.
Software Development: Experience developing test software utilizing:
Python and/or C/C++.
