About the role
- Firma Concrete is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to join our growing team.
- We specialize in commercial, civil, industrial, and infrastructure concrete projects throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Responsibilities
- Manage foremen, carpenters, finishers, labourers, and subcontractors
- Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and site stakeholders
- Mentor and develop field supervisors and crews Qualifications:

- This is a hands-on leadership role for an individual who can lead crews, manage schedules, coordinate resources, and deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of concrete supervision experience
- Experience with formwork, rebar, concrete placement, and finishing operations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong background in commercial, civil, industrial, or infrastructure concrete construction
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
