- Working with us: This is an in-person role based out of our production facility at 486 Main Street, Cambridge, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Optimize delivery schedules to maximize fleet efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high service levels.
- Support the efficient movement of products from production through to final delivery.
- Serve as a key point of coordination between Customer Service, Production, Warehousing, Loading, Delivery, and partner feed mills.
- Work closely with the Customer Service and Delivery Manager to support delivery execution and operational priorities.
- Collaborate with drivers, loaders, customer service representatives, and external partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate supplier pickups and third-party trucking support across Ontario.
- Utilize Roadnet Omnitracs and D365 ERP systems to manage scheduling, dispatching, and order flow.
- Maintain accurate and timely information across operational systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to routing, scheduling, and operational performance.
- Customer Service Support
Requirements
- Some flexibility and occasional overtime may be required to support operational and customer needs.
- 3+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, routing, or supply chain operations
- Experience with Roadnet Omnitracs or similar routing/dispatch software is required
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft D365 ERP systems is strongly preferred
