10+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on complex design projects.
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in structural analysis software.
Familiarity with STAAD.Pro or Robot Structural Analysis is considered an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites applications.
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex structural engineering problems.

Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation, registered with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
In-depth knowledge of structural codes, regulations, and design standards.
Familiarity with drafting and design software tools.
Proficiency in structural analysis software. Familiarity with STAAD.Pro or Robot Structural Analysis is considered an asset.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's licence with access to a personal vehicle is required.

The salary range for this position is $124,000.00 to $159,000.00 CAD per annum, based on the responsibilities of the role, internal equity, and current market benchmarks.
The final offer will be determined by a combination of factors, including the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications; their placement within our internal compensation structure; and relevant geographic cost‑of‑living considerations, where applicable.
This range represents a realistic and good‑faith estimate of the compensation we expect to offer for this role.
