Requirements

  • ​​10+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on complex design projects.
  • ​Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
  • ​Proficiency in structural analysis software.
  • Familiarity with STAAD.Pro or Robot Structural Analysis is considered an asset.
  • ​Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites applications.
  • ​Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex structural engineering problems.

  • ​Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation, registered with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
  • ​In-depth knowledge of structural codes, regulations, and design standards.

  • ​Proficiency in structural analysis software. Familiarity with STAAD.Pro or Robot Structural Analysis is considered an asset.
  • ​Strong project management skills.
  • ​Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ​Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high quality work and sustainable solutions.
  • ​Strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainable design practices.
  • ​Commitment to safety and continuous professional development.
  • ​Valid driver's licence with access to a personal vehicle is required.​

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is $124,000.00 to $159,000.00 CAD per annum, based on the responsibilities of the role, internal equity, and current market benchmarks.
  • The final offer will be determined by a combination of factors, including the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications; their placement within our internal compensation structure; and relevant geographic cost‑of‑living considerations, where applicable.
  • This range represents a realistic and good‑faith estimate of the compensation we expect to offer for this role.

Benefits
