About the role

For over 125 years, Calvary Hospital and Calvary @Home located in the Bronx, New York has been dedicated to the palliative care of advanced cancer and other terminally ill patients and their families.
Through a caring, compassionate, philosophy of non-abandonment, the hospice provides a full spectrum of palliative services, including emotional, spiritual, and physical care.
The hospice receives patients from referring institutions throughout New York City and the entire tristate area.

Must have completed at least the third year in a six year Pharmacy program.
A High School Diploma or GED Equivalency is required.
Ability to communicate well with other members of the Department as well as other disciplines.
Must be neat, have mathematical aptitude, be able to read various types of handwriting, and be able to recognize drugs and identify them.
Must have finger dexterity in handling of unit dose and unit of use products
