Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity.
Support data validation efforts and identify discrepancies for follow-up.
Provide administrative and process support for employment and severance agreements and related employee documentation, partnering with Legal, Compensation, Payroll, and HR Business Partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
Support employee engagement initiatives and team events, including monthly team meetings and department town halls.
Support internal HR communications and team announcements.
Assist in organizing HR Business Partner deliverables, including reports, trackers, and documentation.
Route HR Business Partner-related requests to the appropriate stakeholders.
Support special HR and people operations projects aligned with business and organizational goals.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.

Respond to employee questions about HR policies, benefits, procedures, and programs, escalating issues when appropriate.
Assist with leave administration in coordination with the Benefits team.
