About the role
- Analyze customer's needs and train customers on LiDAR operation and system analysis.
- Ensure field learnings are captured and shared to continuously improve product reliability and deployment efficiency.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and product teams to solve technical problems.
- Willingness to travel domestically (up to 30%) for customer site visits, installations, and field support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of embedded Linux and sensor integration.
Skills
- Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
