Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct (patient-facing) and indirect (provider-to-provider) virtual cardiometabolic specialty care
  • Collaborate with front-line clinical and cross-functional teams to design, pilot, and scale innovative integrated cardiometabolic care models

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct patient care experience following fellowship completion
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex clinical concepts to non-clinical audiences
  • ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple competing priorities

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this position is $250,000--$265,000 In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2026.

  • This physician leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cardiometabolic care at Teladoc Health-combining strategic leadership in clinical care model design with hands-on virtual clinical practice.
  • The Medical Director will also partner with employers and payers to translate these efforts into client-facing solutions that improve population health outcomes.
  • This role will be 50% patient-facing responsibilities and 50% Medical Director leadership (operations and care model design)
  • Provide clinical oversight for cardiometabolic health programs for designated clients, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant care, and offering strategic guidance to achieve quality standards and clinical results
