About the role

  • You are the creative force that shapes how our spaces look, feel, and resonate-translating brand narratives and human stories into spatial and experiential language.
  • You work across project types and scales, contributing to concept development, mood and aesthetic direction, and the visual logic that guides how a project comes to life.
  • Focus: 80% making and execution; 20% learning and concepting

Responsibilities

  • Develop mood boards, visual narratives, and inspiration frameworks that guide the creative direction of spaces.
  • Articulate design ideas clearly and compellingly in both visual and verbal form.
  • You collaborate closely with designers, technologists, and strategists to ensure every environment we create leaves a lasting impression.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, fine arts, interior design, or equivalent work experience-formal architectural training is appreciated but not required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills-you are as comfortable in a concept conversation as you are presenting work to a client.
  • You are a spatial thinker with an artist's sensibility.
  • You are conceptually driven, aesthetically sharp, and more interested in the emotional texture of space than the technical mechanics of construction.
  • You have a portfolio that reflects genuine creative range, a strong point of view, and a hunger to push what the built environment can be.

Skills

  • Proficiency in tools such as Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar.
  • 3D rendering, AI rendering.
  • Genuine curiosity for art, culture, technology, and sensorial experience.

  • Requirements
