Create thorough and accurate evaluations of each candidate after an interview is complete.
Send updates to our Executive Leaders and Hiring Managers throughout our hiring process with our candidate pipeline and maintain constant communication as you receive feedback.

Must have a very high level of emotional intelligence.
Must be comfortable speaking with high level executives as well as candidates of all backgrounds.
Must be adaptable and not easily overwhelmed by a fast paced environment.
Must have a positive attitude and be able to provide an excellent experience for all candidates.
