About the role

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for development, communication, and service needs for our Construction client companies and for retaining large, complex accounts through relationship management.

5 years of brokerage experience is required.
Property and Casualty account management experience is required.
Ability to train, delegate, provide oversight and give feedback.

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of brokerage experience is required.
Excellent communication skills: written, public speaking and presentation preparation.
Works well with others in a fast paced environment and is responsive to co-workers and colleagues. Ability to train, delegate, provide oversight and give feedback.
Excellent at multitasking and flexibility to manage ever changing priorities and deadlines.

Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills, professionalism and tact.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and its more complex features.
Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, solve problems and offer solutions.
Adaptability and flexibility to address issues and client needs.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to learn and adopt and train use of technology systems and software applications.
Ability to review internal/external deliverables to ensure accuracy.
Intermediate project planning and management.
Ability to forge relationships and build trust.
Property and Casualty Insurance license required.

The pay range for this position in California, Washington, Colorado and New York at commencement of employment is expected to be between $66,600 and $104,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factor

This position is a salaried, exempt and full-time role and will be reporting to the Construction Specialties Leader.
This is a US-based remote or hybrid position with the option to work from any of Newfront's office locations or hubs in Southern California or Texas.
Will be considered hybrid if living within 25 miles of a Newfront office location.
