About the role

We are seeking a seasoned investment professional with a proven ability to cultivate and strengthen relationships with centers of influence while deepening connections with clients.
You'll be part of a firm that values integrity, thought leadership, and client success at every stage.
The expected annual base salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, with the final number depending on your experience, skills, and education.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication, regular portfolio reviews, and exceptional service.
Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and convert new opportunities across HNW and institutional segments.
Collaborate with internal teams-including portfolio construction, compliance, and operations-to ensure seamless execution and high-quality support.
Treat investors' money like our own.

5-10+ years of experience in investment counselling, institutional relationship management, or discretionary portfolio management.
CFA charter holder and/or CIM designation required.
In-depth knowledge of the Canadian investment landscape, capital markets, and regulatory environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to gain the trust of sophisticated investors.
Proficiency in financial analysis and synthesizing investment strategies.
