- Oversees full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, testing, and negotiating offers
- Devises sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- creating job descriptions, contacting universities, determining advertising and posting resources
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers
- interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Coordinates management interviews and travel, if necessary.
