Encourage Friendship & Community Inclusion Foster positive social interactions and meaningful relationships among participants.

Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating patience, encouragement, and respect during every activity.
Safely transport participants using agency vehicles when assigned.
Assist recreation staff with activity setup, event preparation, and program implementation.
Contribute ideas that enhance recreational opportunities and improve participant experiences.
