About the role
- The Regional Manager will oversee the day-to-day management and administrative operations across both Serenity locations (San Francisco and Burlingame).
- Responsibilities include liaising with clients and healthcare professionals, managing budgets, managing staffing across two sites, and implementing procedures to enhance client care and operational efficiency at both locations.
- The right candidate will be equally adept in delivering excellent client service and using critical thinking skills to solve problems - and comfortable managing at a regional, multi-site level rather than a single location.
Responsibilities
- Address staff performance concerns and implement performance improvement plans when necessary, consistently across both clinics.
- Implement necessary policies and procedures to maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations at both sites.

- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Required Skills/Abilities:

Compensation
- Up to $160,000 total compensation (base + bonus) based on experience

- Serenity Aesthetics & Wellness has two locations (San Francisco and Burlingame), and this role will oversee both, with a primary base in San Francisco.
- Help oversee the maintenance and repair of clinic equipment at both locations, ensuring that all medical devices are in proper working condition to provide safe and effective treatments.
