Adheres to the state practice act, all NATA and NCAA best practices, and standing orders specified by the team physician. o Provides counseling and education of student-athletes within the scope of practice.

o Document all injuries and treatments provided and communicate injuries with full time Athletic Training staff
o Maintain cleanliness and safety of the equipment in the Athletic Training clinic(s)

The final hourly rate is determined by the Human Resources Office based on these factors.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training
Valid national certification from the BOC
Valid CPR/AED Certification
Valid Massachusetts State licensure through the Board of Allied Health Professionals
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with college-age students
Strong verbal and written communication skills

In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the hourly pay range for this position is $53.00 per hour.
