About the role

  • The hours of this role will be 3:00PM - 11:00PM and working 56 hours every two weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the chemical dependency unit.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and medication administration.

Requirements

  • all employees must be free of chemical use problems for at least one year immediately preceding their hiring and must sign a statement attesting to that fact.
  • Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will work collaboratively with physicians, patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care that addresses the unique needs of each patient.
  • Your contributions will be vital in fostering a supportive environment that promotes recovery and well-being.
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the state of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or obtained within 3 months of employment.
  • In accordance with Minnesota Rules 9530.6450 Subpart 1-B; all employees must be free of chemical use problems for at least one year immediately preceding their hiring and must sign a statement attesting to that fact.
