About the role
- The Warehouse Associate is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the pack/QA staging area in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity.
- The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders picked.
- The standard work hours for 1st shift are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Responsibilities
- On a daily basis, inspect and perform minor maintenance on the equipment.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate effectively
- The ability to follow directions is extremely important
- Required frequently: sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time as well as, kneeling, squatting, bending and reaching
- Must be able to count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly
- Conduct physical inventories as required.
- Attendance at work and punctuality is essential
Compensation
- Starting at $18.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off accrual, and 401(k) matching after one year of employment.
