About the role

- Responsible for front-line communication with staff to receive and provide feedback regarding quality and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing providers' schedules with templates and optimize patient care hours to enhance productivity.
- Ensure that service excellence is delivered and perform service recovery whenever necessary.
- Develop tools to support staff and enhance efficiency.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures as needed to support the practice.
- Creates orientation schedules for new nurse hires. Leads orientation and onboarding for new nurses within respective divisions.
- Leads weekly nurse check-in meetings.
- Position manages workload distribution and prioritization of tasks.
- Position may perform staff work in assigned areas of responsibility when not conducting coordinator function.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience managing daily cash activity and reconciling income reports with daily payments.

- Minimum of three years work experience in a medical or related business
