About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing providers' schedules with templates and optimize patient care hours to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure that service excellence is delivered and perform service recovery whenever necessary.
  • Develop tools to support staff and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures as needed to support the practice.
  • Creates orientation schedules for new nurse hires. Leads orientation and onboarding for new nurses within respective divisions.
  • Leads weekly nurse check-in meetings.
  • Position manages workload distribution and prioritization of tasks.
  • Position may perform staff work in assigned areas of responsibility when not conducting coordinator function.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience managing daily cash activity and reconciling income reports with daily payments.
  • Bachelor's degree
