About the role

S/he supervises and personally provides nursing care in the practice.
Responsible for front-line communication with staff to receive and provide feedback regarding quality and productivity.

Assist with managing providers' schedules with templates and optimize patient care hours to enhance productivity.
Ensure that service excellence is delivered and perform service recovery whenever necessary.
Develop tools to support staff and enhance efficiency.
Develop and implement policies and procedures as needed to support the practice.
Creates orientation schedules for new nurse hires. Leads orientation and onboarding for new nurses within respective divisions.
Leads weekly nurse check-in meetings.
Position manages workload distribution and prioritization of tasks.
Position may perform staff work in assigned areas of responsibility when not conducting coordinator function.

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Experience managing daily cash activity and reconciling income reports with daily payments.
