Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a book of business consisting of mid-market supplier accounts (tours, activities, and experience providers), understand your assigned market(s), and hit your performance targets
- Partner with internal teams to identify roadblocks, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and escalate tactfully to provide a world-class supplier experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with partners quickly
- Passion for shaping the future of sales and partner success in the age of AI.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, using available resources to build and scale efficiently
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, ideally in tech or a marketplace environment
