While the initial focus will be mastering the day-to-day safety operations, this role is a deliberate launchpad for a seasoned safety professional ready to transition from managing compliance to leading strategy.

Technical Authority: Serve as the primary technical resource for frontline operations and maintain a mastery of local and regional regulations.
Advise, inform, and deliver strategic reports to operations leadership regarding high-impact safety initiatives and long-term risk mitigation
Field Engagement: Maintain a high-visibility presence on the manufacturing floor to seek input from employees and plant leaders on program improvements.
Facilitate and elevate the Plant Safety Committee and spearheading engagement across all shifts to build a culture of shared responsibility and proactive hazard identification.

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental, Ergonomics or a related field highly preferred.

Communication: Exceptional direct communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and rigorous execution standards.
Advanced critical thinking, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills backed by strong data evaluation capabilities.
