Responsibilities
- Technical Authority: Serve as the primary technical resource for frontline operations and maintain a mastery of local and regional regulations.
- Advise, inform, and deliver strategic reports to operations leadership regarding high-impact safety initiatives and long-term risk mitigation
- Field Engagement: Maintain a high-visibility presence on the manufacturing floor to seek input from employees and plant leaders on program improvements.
- Facilitate and elevate the Plant Safety Committee and spearheading engagement across all shifts to build a culture of shared responsibility and proactive hazard identification.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental, Ergonomics or a related field highly preferred.

Compensation
- Cambria's starting salary range for this position is $72,162 - $93,209.
