Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis roles.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
o Demonstrated track record of leveraging data-driven insights to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.
Postings are available in English, and in Spanish, where required.

Proficiency in data analysis and statistical analysis techniques.
Experience in business intelligence tools and methodologies (minimum 1 year).
Strong reporting and data visualization skills using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
Strong analytical, logical, and communication skills.

A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $76,700 - $142,500.
