  • Establish yourself as an indispensable, embedded partner to sales and GTM leaders by aligning talent priorities directly with business outcomes.
  • Drive Creative Problem-Solving:
  • Drive continuous talent management, compensation/reward programs, and retention strategies designed to lower attrition in high-volume GTM environments.
  • Collaborate Across the People Function:
  • Partner seamlessly with Regional People Partners, Program Managers, and COEs to build, scale, and seamlessly deliver strategic people solutions.
  • Role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
