Responsibilities
- Maintain testing resource utilization vs budget reports
- Collaborate with Operations teams and confirm upcoming test dates align with Published Schedules
- Maintain the schedule of planned and anticipated test needs to ensure resource gaps are identified as soon as possible
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures for the Testing Team
Requirements
- 3-5 years in the fabrication, manufacturing, construction or EPC industry
- 7 years experience in office administration
- Experience working in Modular Rotating Equipment/Systems Industry
- Strong experience with MS Power Apps and databases
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud(ACC)
- Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Skills
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Must be self-motivated and have ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in the accomplishment of duties.
- Highly Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook Calendars)
- Highly Detail Oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and make recommendations for resolution.
- Associate's degree in business administration or accounting program desired.
- Work Experience will be considered in lieu of Associate's Degree.
