Strata Group brokered by LPT Realty is expanding into Jacksonville and is looking for an entrepreneurial leader who thrives on developing agents, creating systems, and scaling high-performing markets. Responsibilities
- Agent production leadership (~80%) Recruiting & market growth (~20%) Build a high-performance culture Establish accountability systems and KPIs Coach agents to higher production Lead market expansion initiatives
- Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor Performance-based earnings with uncapped upside Opportunity to build and grow a new Jacksonville market Leadership earnings are expected to range from approximately $15,000-$20,000+ per month as the market grows and production increases.
- Rather than stepping into an established market, you'll have the opportunity to build Jacksonville into a high-performing region by recruiting exceptional agents, creating a winning culture, and driving long-term growth.
