About the role
- As a key member of the Choose Help team, the Outreach Specialist enhances outreach efforts and diversifies the pipeline into TBM's programs.
- Increases the number of referrals and intakes into the Residential Program to achieve and sustain a full census.
- Increases the number of referring partnerships and strengthens current partnership.
Responsibilities
- Support increased visibility and usage of services within TBM's continuum of care.
- Schedule, plan, lead, or co-lead regular outreach and recruiting events throughout each week.
- In collaboration with Sustain & Grow team members, maintain a regular rhythm of in-reach via alumni presentations.
- Support TBM colleagues in developing linkages to external resources for TBM programs.
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in a ministry, non-profit, recruiting, or similar setting.
Compensation
- $55,000-$60,000 annually
