Responsibilities
- This Product Engineer will be responsible for overseeing new chip product introduction, production ramp, yield sustaining and improvement in foundries to support Lumentum's business needs and demand in High Power Laser business.
- Drive yield improvement and product cost reduction post production ramp from Fabrication to Final test.
- Perform statistical data analysis and trouble shoot potential root causes for yield excursion in foundries
- Run process vs product parameter correlation to understand process/product margin and drive improvement
- Drive yield improvement and product cost reduction post production ramp in foundries
- Support failure analysis for production and RMA
- Support closure of quality cases and enforcement of foundry quality improvement
Requirements
- Familiarity with foundry operation models
- Familiarity with failure analysis tools of semiconductor devices
Nice to have
- Knowledge of III-V epi design and growth and experience with VCSEL or EEL is a plus
Compensation
- P40-USA-1:$85,000.00 - $121,400.00
- Final base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job location, where work will be performed, qualifications, work history and relevant experience.
