About the role

  • UI Engineer Boston/NYC OnCorps AI is the leading enterprise Agentic AI solution for middle and back-office automation.
  • In this role, you will be instrumental in establishing the frontend architecture that powers our applications.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and maintain highly responsive, accessible, and scalable user interfaces using modern web technologies.
  • Partner directly with the OnCorps design team to evolve and govern our design system establishing best practices for component architecture and interaction design.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate frontend applications with robust middleware and backend APIs, ensuring smooth data handling, state management, and application performance.
  • Operate with a framework-agnostic mindset, applying deep expertise in core web fundamentals to build applications primarily utilizing React or Angular.
  • Help drive frontend innovation by exploring and adopting cutting-edge interaction models as we define our future agent framework.
  • Proven track record of building, documenting, and maintaining robust design systems using Storybook.js or similar tools.
  • A product-focused mindset with a strong appreciation for UX/UI design principles.
  • The company delivers production-ready AI agents that automate reconciliation, exception resolution, and oversight workflows for the world's largest asset managers, fund administrators and managed service providers.
  • Clients rely on OnCorps to deliver measurable operational efficiency and accuracy improvements across mission critical processes.
  • We are seeking a seasoned UI Engineer to bridge the gap between design and engineering.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, UI engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS/styling methodologies.
  • OnCorps' agentic AI architecture enables fully autonomous processing of complex middle and back-office workflows while maintaining the transparency, control, and auditability required by global financial institutions.

Nice to have

  • Prior exposure to middle- and/or back-office operations within the financial industry or fund administration is a plus.
